⇒ SOCAT is a tool for systems that are working on Children's System of Care (with juvenile justice, child welfare, mental health, and substance use disorders systems, parent partners, etc) in state, regional or local systems. The tool helps each partner to assess where it is in adopting SOC principles (including COD capability), and participating with the SOC team to make progress at all levels.
